It allows professionals, with minimum expertise in GIS technologies, and from different business domains (finance, disaster management, retail, health) to use efficiently spatial analysis tools and algorithms to solve their day-to-day problems.

Location Intelligence plateforms provides location analytics to identify the relationship between certain objects based on their physical locations and enable users to see trends on maps and graphics to optimize certain business opportunities

Noticing a lack in geospatial technologies adoption by businesses in Algeria, TransformaTek undertakes the development and the deployment of a cloud-based location intelligence platform that simplify the ingestion, the management, the visualization and the analysis of open and homemade spatial datasets.

The resulting Agile built platform Geoweba, developed based on many open-source components, envision to disrupt the Algerian consulting market by making business analysis - location enabled - available online for anyone at any time.

Business Model

The main goal behind developping Geoweba and make it freely available online is to demonstrate the high skill level of the TransformaTek team and its ability to architecht, deploy and maintian a cloud based solution built only using open source components.

Knowing that in Algeria and in many developping countries, financial ressources are limited, particularly in foreign currency which is mandatory to buy proprietary software licences and support, busiensses and governmental agencies can leverage the use open source software and data to digitize theirs core processes at lower cost and with help of local actors like Transformatek.

Nevertheless, it's clear the value proposition of Geoweba will for sure meet the requirements of many users, mainly entrepreneurs with limited ressources or investors who want to expriment some scenarios and select most viable projects ideas.

After that, the platform number and quality of daily users could open perspectives for Geoweba in term of targeted advertising and tailored solutions that meet specific users need.
